IT Rationalization

IT costs were reduced by approximately $5 million per year at one of the top 5 privately held companies in North America.   Implemented a strategy to understand and rationalize IT spend across multiple IT organizations in 5 divisions.  Collapsed multiple data rooms, help desks, support organizations and vendors into a single cohesive organization.   Embarked on a program to convert a significant number of contract workers from contract to full time employees, commensurate with the type of role they were in. 

Designed and Implemented a full IT roadmap inclusive of building a trade floor from scratch.   Roadmap and implementation of all applications including transaction processing, market data, risk management, credit management, analytics, knowledge management, and ERP applications.  

Designed and Implemented service level agreements tied to business processes.
