Process and Controls ICI was able to completely rewrite the process and controls associated with the implementation of a new gas management system in 6 months with 2 full time equivalents. Previous process and controls were written to accommodate the business being run on spreadsheets. This effort was originally estimated by other consulting firms to take 12 months with 3-5 full time equivalents. Estimated savings to the customer in consulting costs in excess of $1.0 million. Because of ICI’s experience we only needed 5% of the businesses’ time to validate and confirm our models, opposed to at least 50% from other consulting firms. |
